Omnichannel Brand for Blue Bottle Coffee

Blue Bottle Coffee was known for its coffee shops across the US, Japan, and South Korea. The company wanted to leverage its cafe brand to grow a wholesale and e-commerce consumer products business.

I devised a strategy for growing the consumer products business, including innovation, marketing, and channel strategy, that leveraged the retail cafes.

The result was double digit YoY growth on minimal incremental demand spend investment.
